About our readings

Lady Astro Parmila Sharma offers Vedic astrology readings for spiritual guidance and personal insight. Astrology describes tendencies and timing. It cannot control another person's choices, and no specific outcome is promised. Results depend on many factors and vary from person to person.

A reading is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). If you are experiencing abuse, call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233.

Who can book

You must be 18 or older to book a reading. Please only share another person's birth details if you have a good reason to and treat their information with care.

Booking and payment

• We share the details of your reading, including the fee, when we confirm your appointment. Nothing is charged when you send the booking form.
• After you send a request, we confirm a time in your time zone and send a secure payment link. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.
• We never ask for payment during a call, and we never ask for extra money to "remove" a problem. Optional at-home practices that Parmila may suggest are free.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your session. If Parmila needs to reschedule, we will offer you a new time or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

• Cancel 24 hours or more before your session: full refund.
• Cancel less than 24 hours before, or miss your session: no refund, but we will offer one new time if you contact us within 7 days.
• Technical problems on our side (a dropped call we cannot resume): we will reschedule or refund the unused time.
• Written reports (such as the Marriage Timing Report) can be refunded in full until work on your report has started.

Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Recordings and privacy

Sessions are private. We do not record sessions unless you ask us to. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Respect

We may decline or end a session that involves requests to harm, control or spy on another person, or abusive behavior. In that case we refund any unused portion.
