This policy explains how Lady Astro Parmila Sharma ("we", "us") handles your information when you use ladyastroparmilasharmausa.com and book a reading. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
- Booking details you give us: your first name, mobile number and the topic you choose. Your time zone is detected from your browser so we can offer times that suit you.
- Birth details: for your reading we ask for your date, time and place of birth, and your partner's if you choose to share them. We treat these as sensitive.
- How you found us: advertising and campaign tags (such as UTM parameters and Google click IDs), the page you landed on and the referring website.
- Site usage: with your consent, cookies and similar technologies record how the site is used (see below).
How we use it
- To reply to your request, schedule your reading and deliver it.
- To prepare your chart and answer your questions.
- To measure which ads and pages bring in bookings, so we can improve them.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your birth details or reading with anyone.
Cookies, analytics and session recording
If you click "Accept" on our cookie bar, we use Google Ads conversion tracking (including Enhanced Conversions, which sends a secure, hashed version of your email and phone to Google to match ad clicks to bookings) and Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymized sessions, clicks and scrolling to help us improve the site. If you click "Decline", these tools run in a limited, cookieless mode or not at all. You can change your choice by clearing your browser's site data.
Contact by email, phone, text or WhatsApp
When you send the booking form, you agree that we may contact you about that booking by email, phone, text message or WhatsApp. We will not send marketing messages unless you ask for them. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Where your data is stored
Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Booking requests are stored securely on our server and in our email. Parmila is based in India, so your information is accessed from India to provide your reading.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and reading records for up to 24 months so we can help you with follow-up questions, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the ad measurement described above, which you control with the cookie bar.
Children
Our services are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
